Welcome to FitYou Studio. By accessing or using our website, app, programs, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing any of our products or services.

1. Overview
FitYou Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides online fitness and nutrition coaching, training programs, digital downloads, subscriptions, and related products and services designed to help users improve their health and fitness. All programs and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, purchasing any product, or enrolling in any program or subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, subscribe, or participate in any FitYou Studio program. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Fitness, Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
All information provided through FitYou Studio (including workouts, nutrition guidance, and coaching) is for educational purposes only.
We are not medical professionals, and our content is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your physician before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program—especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications. You agree to assume full responsibility for your participation and any associated risks.
5. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments for digital products, subscriptions, or coaching services must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Base44) to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to process your payment in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products: Refunds are only available in cases of technical issues, such as duplicate charges or file access errors.
Virtual Training & Coaching Programs: We offer refunds within 7–14 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied, provided you have not violated any Terms or abused the program.
Physical Products (if applicable): Must be returned in new condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact support@fityou.studio. All refund determinations are made at our discretion.
7. Subscriptions & Cancellations
If you enroll in a subscription or membership (e.g., app access, training portal, or coaching subscription), your plan will renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@fityou.studio. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, training plans, PDFs, and other content, are the exclusive property of FitYou Studio unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from our site without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
9. User Conduct
By using our site, you agree not to:
Engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
Share your account access or materials with others without permission
Copy, resell, or redistribute any content for commercial use
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or deny service to anyone violating these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitYou Studio, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, programs, or content.
Participation in fitness and nutrition activities involves inherent risks; by using our services, you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitYou Studio, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and FitYou Studio regarding your use of the website and services.
15. SMS Program
FitYou Studio sends appointment reminders and coaching communications via SMS. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact karl@fityou.studio. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Must be 18 or older to opt in. See our Privacy Policy at fityou.studio/privacy.
